The Alife Residential Indoor Mural was created as a personal act of remembrance in honor of a close friend lost to cancer who had dreamed of having a mural in her home. Inspired by the Santa Monica Pier and its connection to memory, continuity, and shared experience, the work transforms the space into a quiet immersive environment rooted in emotional storytelling. Through a restrained monochromatic palette, subtle atmospheric fading, and layered hand-applied textures, the mural creates a calm visual presence designed to preserve memory and emotional connection within the home.
