Reimagined Storybook: Mixed Media Collage

This piece is an illustrated mixed-media collage created on a repurposed children’s book, where the original narrative has been intentionally painted over and transformed into a new visual story. The work combines fabric, hand-cut elements, fragments of previous artwork prints, marker illustration, and metallic acrylic paint to build layered textures and dimensional compositions.

Each page unfolds as a sculptural, pop-up-like environment, blending painting and collage into immersive scenes. The juxtaposition of materials—soft textiles, glossy prints, and reflective metallic surfaces—creates a tactile dialogue between memory, transformation, and reinvention.

Rather than following a linear storyline, the book expresses a sequence of abstract visual narratives. The imagery evokes themes of magic, light, and positive energy, inviting open interpretation and emotional connection. Figures, symbols, and environments emerge and dissolve across pages, suggesting movement between inner worlds and imagined realities.

This work reclaims and redefines an existing object, turning it into a one-of-a-kind art piece that bridges illustration, storytelling, and installation.

Australia Memory Painting Illustration

NURTURE, PROTECT SERIES PART 2 / DATE: 2020
MEDIUM: Carand'ache Neocolor Watersoluble wax pastel on 1/8 in wood panel
SIZE: 38 x 48 x 1/8 inches ( 121.92 × 96.52 × .125 cm )
TECHNICAL AND CONCEPTUAL GOALS: My conceptual goal was first to hopefully motivate the viewer to research the meaning of the word, then to understand or begin a journey of reflection and understanding that the meaning of the word behind this piece has its own definition, my approach to define it, mirrors the definition, and the reflection is the result, the outcome of what I present in this image. The eye that is watching above all is asking if we will, if we have or if when would we understand the value of life. Sonder as its definition says, is the profound feeling of realizing that everyone, a stranger or not, has a life as complex as one's own, which we are constantly living despite one's personal lack of awareness of it.
DESCRIPTION: To me the reflection to this definition as I see the world today; is to have empathy and be humble to one another life as if it was our own whether it is a human or any living thing. The relationship between an elephant as the representation of any living thing here in my painting, and the child as us humans is of empathy, of respect, of consideration, of care. One lays on the other as the other kneels in demonstration of care. If such relationship can be reflected symbolically on our relationship with one another, then we are to consider what the word Sonder calls for. We are not alone, just like any animal or any human we all must find value in life. The dynamic of the blue gradients around the eye and in the front dimensional plane, emulate the energy field of all space we live in and the eye as the supreme or the devine universe reaction to our actions.

Santa Monica Pier Urban Outdoor Mural Collaboration

Santa Monica Pier Urban Outdoor Mural Collaboration with Vivache Designs LLC. It is located in a historic building just steps from the iconic Santa Monica Pier, this mural transforms the façade with a dynamic interplay of soft geometric forms and sun-washed coastal tones. The concept was inspired by movement, light, and the layered rhythm of the ocean—translated into bold yet airy shapes that wrap the architecture with intention and flow.
Designed in a contemporary geometric style, the composition was carefully mapped to echo the building’s peaks, windows, and decorative details.
The process required multiple plan adjustments to precisely fit the wall’s exact dimensions and structural nuances. In collaboration with Vivache Designs, we traced the entire building’s front and back façades to ensure alignment, scale accuracy, and seamless continuity throughout the space.
Color Palette - Entirely color-sprayed and completed over the course of a month, the mural elevates the customer experience by creating an inviting, memorable visual landmark.
Visitor Experience - Visitors are welcomed by a vibrant yet sophisticated atmosphere that enhances the historic charm while introducing a fresh coastal energy. Visit Santa Monica to experience it in person.

Tokido Craft Ramen Indoor Mural

This indoor mural was created for Tokido Craft Ramen, inspired by anime and manga storytelling. The composition flows as a continuous scene, divided into dynamic comic-style panels that guide the viewer across the wall.

A custom anime character was developed from a portrait of the owner, integrating their identity directly into the artwork. The original commissioned concepts were also refined and elevated to strengthen the visual storytelling and overall cohesion of the piece.

The mural features expressive characters immersed in the experience of eating ramen—capturing motion through stretching noodles, rising steam, and exaggerated, joyful expressions. A central wide-eyed character anchors the composition, supported by additional characters that reinforce the narrative flow.

The color palette uses saturated reds, electric blues, and bright yellows contrasted against clean white space, creating a high-energy visual impact that complements the restaurant’s identity.

This project focused on transforming the environment into an immersive experience—where the mural not only decorates the space, but enhances the atmosphere and connects directly with the brand’s anime-inspired theme.

Indoor Kitchen Wall Mural — Textured Clay Finish

This indoor kitchen wall mural features a monochromatic coastal scene inspired by the California shoreline, rendered with a hand-applied clay texture directly onto the wall. Layered textures create depth and movement across the water and sky, while silhouetted figures and a pier structure ground the piece in a sense of place and quiet narrative. The restrained palette and tactile surface bring warmth, atmosphere, and a sculptural quality to the space, transforming the kitchen into an immersive, art-forward environment.

Palos Verdes Outdoor Mural Collaboration

Concept - Aerosol Narrative Installation to create a vibrant, ecosystem-inspired panoramic mural using exclusively aerosol techniques. The composition centers around an interconnected natural world — wildlife, landscape, and cosmic symbolism — unified by a radiant sky transition that moves from cool blues into warm sunset tones. The objective was to explore narrative storytelling through spray paint alone, using color gradients and line control to unify multiple environmental elements into one cohesive visual journey.
Style - Spray-only illustrative narrative. Panoramic environmental composition. Symbolic nature imagery. Bold linework with atmospheric gradient transitions
Color Palette - Expansive sky gradients (deep blue to golden amber).  Vivid sunset oranges and magentas. Earthy greens and natural landscape tones.  High-contrast black contour linework. Soft aerosol diffusions for atmospheric blending.
Client Experience - This installation marked a significant evolution in my aerosol technique and compositional confidence. Working at residential scale required both narrative clarity and technical restraint — especially when managing expansive gradients across a continuous wall. Spray paint demands decisiveness; each layer affects opacity, blend, and tonal transition. Executing a complex ecosystem scene using only aerosol strengthened my control of pressure, distance, and layering strategy. The most rewarding element was achieving fluid sky transitions while maintaining crisp character outlines — balancing softness and structure within one cohesive environment.

Skate Park 3D Animation

This 3D rendering presents a stylized skate park embedded within an urban environment, created in Cinema 4D. The composition blends architectural structure with fluid, skateable forms—featuring ramps, bowls, rails, and platforms that flow organically through the space.

Surrounded by a dense cityscape, the environment emphasizes contrast between rigid urban geometry and the dynamic, curved surfaces of the skate park. Materials and lighting are designed to enhance depth and realism, while maintaining a stylized visual language that reflects contemporary urban culture.

The scene captures both functionality and atmosphere, presenting the skate park not only as a recreational space but as an integrated part of the city’s visual and cultural landscape.

Ghebally Gallery Art Replica Mural

Gibally Gallery Outdoor Mural (Vivache Collaboration), Contemporary Corporate / Art Replica / Geometric Abstraction, Vernon, Ca

This collaborative outdoor mural at Gibally Gallery was a bold exploration of symmetry, structure, and spatial harmony. Working alongside Vivache Designs, I contributed to translating a contemporary art replica into a large-scale architectural statement.
The concept centered on Geometric Balance—a visual dialogue between logic and creativity. Every line, angle, and circular intersection had to align with mathematical precision while maintaining aesthetic fluidity. It was about building a system that feels both engineered and expressive.
Style |
Minimalist geometric abstraction with a modern architectural presence. The composition relies on clean line work, intersecting circular forms, and strong negative space to create depth and rhythm at scale.
Color Palette |
Black, white, and vibrant orange. The high-contrast palette amplifies clarity and structure, while the orange injects energy and forward movement.
Key Features |
Precisely calculated grid system for accurate proportions
Exact circular intersections and angular alignment
Clean, straight lines ensuring strong visual readability
High-contrast modern aesthetic
Large-scale art replica executed with structural integrity
Installation completed at height using a scissor lift and centering platform system
Client Experience |
This project pushed me technically and physically. I had the math mapped out before execution, but translating that precision onto a large exterior wall required focus, steady movement, and spatial awareness. It was also the project where I learned to operate and maneuver a scissor lift at high altitude—balancing both safety and accuracy while maintaining clean geometry.
Being part of creating such a refined system to near-perfection was deeply rewarding. The finished mural delivers a powerful first impression—ideal for contemporary galleries, innovation-driven companies, and design-forward environments seeking a clean yet striking architectural identity.

A Multiple Instalations Mural Projects on Glass Wall, and Glass Door Walls. Commissioned on December 2023 by AUM Beer House.
This commissioned holiday installation was designed to transform the restaurant interior into an immersive winter narrative — moving beyond traditional seasonal clichés. Rather than relying on frosted glass effects or cartoon-style holiday imagery, the objective was to create an emotional urban winter passage: a quiet, cinematic journey through snow-covered architecture, bridges, village lights, and human silhouettes in motion. The mural invites viewers into a contemplative atmosphere — where warmth, memory, and wonder unfold within a monochromatic landscape.

Customers reviews:

ELEVATE Pool Wall Ombré Mural

This poolside mural was a collaborative project with Vivache Designs, in which I contributed my painting expertise to achieve a seamless atmospheric gradient. The intention was simple yet powerful: create a dreamy visual transition that melts from cool aquatic blues into warm sunset pinks—mirroring water meeting sky. The mural was designed to enhance the outdoor environment, adding softness, movement, and emotional calm to the architectural space surrounding the pool.
Style - Minimalist atmospheric abstraction. The focus was not on imagery, but on precision blending—allowing color itself to become the subject. The gradation was executed with controlled layering to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted flow from one hue to the next.
Color Palette - Cool cerulean and soft turquoise tones gradually dissolving into blush pinks and warm sunset corals. The shift in temperature creates both visual balance and a tranquil, immersive ambiance.
Client Experience - I loved contributing to this project because it was all about subtlety and control. Achieving a flawless gradient on a large outdoor surface requires patience, rhythm, and teamwork. Watching the colors melt into one another felt almost meditative. The final result creates a serene backdrop that shifts beautifully throughout the day, especially from aerial perspectives. It’s a reminder that sometimes the most powerful murals are the quietest ones—where color alone carries the emotion.
